A great way to start your day. This session consists of Yoga asanas (poses), basic breathing exercise (pranayama), and at the end relaxation. Medical research confirms the many physical and mental benefits that Yoga provides. With regular Yoga practice participation this reduces depression, fatigue, insomnia, anxiety and stress.
