Pilates Classes
with Zane Eglite
Pilates builds strength and endurance through the entire body. It also improves posture, coordination, flexibility and balance. The focus is on developing a strong core-not just in the abdominal muscle together with deep stabilisers of the spine and pelvis. The Pilates system allows for different exercises to be modified so the range of difficulties extends from the beginner to an advanced stage thus embracing all skill levels.
To ensure that classes are even more enjoyable we utilise some equipment-resistance bands or small balls relative to differing skill levels.
