Yogalates is another popular class I provide which combines both Yoga asanas and Pilates exercises.
This class focuses on strengthening the core whilst combining the benefits of Yoga. This is a really great option for people who enjoy both Yoga and Pilates. The class consists of Pilates exercises, Yoga postures and stretching, breathing and relaxation to conclude each class.
